Hello, I’m Charlotte…
Thanks for taking a look at my blog. Hopefully by now you’ve had a look around my site, learned a little about me and my experience, and are ready to hear a bit more. My goal with this blog is to educate, engage and sometimes entertain you in the space of marketing, customer experience and leadership.
Education might take the form of me giving you my perspective on some hot topics. I’ve got tens of ideas that I’m passionate about, like: resilience, how to manage tough conversations, how to win at work-life balance (or just life), mindfulness and emotional intelligence. These are just a few of my favourite subjects, but there are many more. And I’d love to hear if there are any specifics you’d like me to cover.
Engagement will be about me sharing my journey; things that happen to me or that I experience which I think are interesting to share and can help you. For example, I’m currently a student of ILM Level & Executive Coaching and Mentoring, so I plan to share some of my experiences along the way. I’m attending a School of Life Conference in California in February, and keen to share my take-outs here.
Entertainment will be about me sharing my (sometimes provocative) opinions based on things I see or feel worthy of comment. An objective form of social currency. This might be my view on an advertisement or campaign, a customer experience I’ve had myself or an opportunity for a business to improve.
